Stress


 Stress is defined as a physical , chemical or imotional factor that affects to our body.When someone is worrying about something he/she is in under the stress.

Can stress be good?

-Sometimes yes

If someone is in stressful situation, body releases cortisone and adrenaline which raises the blood pressure.At that time we can do two things.

     1. We fight or take a action.It affects to reduce the stress.

     2. We can avoid the situation then chemicals are not released.Sometimes it gains symptoms like high blood pressure, anxiety and tenseness.


How to reduce the stress?


     1. You can do some exercises and yoga.

     2. Having a pet is also help to reduce the stress.

     3.Meditation
    
     4. Breathing techniques

     5. Massage
