My culture

These pictures show Sri lankan tradition dance.There are many ways of dancing and both man and women paticipate for dancing.There are many traditional musical instruments we use when we dance.Those instruments have a very long historical value.

 

 Majority of people eat rice and curries for their main meal.They use vegetable, fish and also meat for their curries.Lots of curries are quite spicy but very delicious.Sri lankans cook various type of  foods.

These pictures show traditional wedding in Sri lanka.Bride uses lots of jewellaries but groom does not use many jewellaries.Bride has bridesmaids and also flower girls.It depends on brides interest.However Sri lankan weddings are very beautiful and interesting.Some people use their own home for the wedding, but lots of people use hotels for the wedding.

Stress

 Stress is defined as a physical , chemical or imotional factor that affects to our body.When someone is worrying about something he/she is in under the stress.

Can stress be good?

-Sometimes yes

If someone is in stressful situation, body releases cortisone and adrenaline which raises the blood pressure.At that time we can do two things.

     1. We fight or take a action.It affects to reduce the stress.

     2. We can avoid the situation then chemicals are not released.Sometimes it gains symptoms like high blood pressure, anxiety and tenseness.

How to reduce the stress?

     1. You can do some exercises and yoga.

     2. Having a pet is also help to reduce the stress.

Robots

A robat is a mechanical agent.It moves automatically and it does things by itself.Some robots like humans but not always.Robats can obtain information and it can do hard and dangerious work.
Robots can do impossible things that people can not do like explore volcanoes.Robots can get pictures and get the information about those places.Robot is guided by a computer programme.

Smile

Smile as loud as you can because it makes you happier.Smile is not only a facial expression it can make people happy.
You do not need to pay for that.It is a natural thing.It is a positive emotion but some countries think that smile is a negative expression and consider it unwelcoming.
Small children always smile and they like to live happily.

Twilight

My favourite movie is Twilight, which is a fatasy film.This film is about vampires and also it has a beatiful love story.The Twilight Saga is a series of five fantasy films from Summith Entertainment.Those films are written by American author Stephenie Meyer.Twilight was released on 2008.First installment was Twilight, second installment was New Moon on 2009, third installment was Eclipse on 2010 and the fourth installment was Breaking Dawn.I have seen these films three times because it is very interesting.I like very much The Twilight Saga.

Toowoomba

Toowoomba is a one of beautiful cities in Australia.The city has relatively cooler temperature which is very good for every type of people.This is not a busy city so you can go anywhere without worries.The city has many famous and beautiful places.Most tourists come to see this city and enjoy the place.The people who live in toowoomba is very good and generious.
